8. Refund Policy

Your membership contract with us will be concluded once you receive confirmation of your ClickFusion Academy membership. You may cancel your ClickFusion Academy membership any time by visiting Your Account and adjusting your membership settings. If neither you nor anyone authorised by you to use your account has taken advantage of any ClickFusion Academy benefits we will refund your membership fee in full. Annual ClickFusion Academy membership: If you paid your annual membership fee as soon as you joined ClickFusion Academy and cancel within 14 days, we will issue you a prorated refund based on the number of whole months remaining in your membership, if you or anyone authorised by you to use your account has taken advantage of the ClickFusion Academy service during this 14-day period. Monthly ClickFusion Academy membership: If you paid your monthly membership fee as soon as you joined ClickFusion Academy and cancel within 14 days of receiving confirmation of your monthly ClickFusion Academy membership, we will issue you a partial refund based on use during that time of the ClickFusion Academy by you or anyone authorised by you to use your account. To cancel within the 14-day period, just adjust your membership settings in Your Account, or you can contact us to arrange cancellation. Use of ClickFusion Academy means logging in to the website, using the services, browsing any content that is strictly for members only, downloading any files or viewing any videos. We will however, try and fully and partially refund based on the circumstances. You are free to cancel your monthly subscription at any time through accessing your billing information through the menus on the website, or the student hub. If you are struggling to find where and how to cancel, please contact us and we can assist you better.

All content that is available on ClickFusion Academy is not to be distributed, re-written, shown publicly or recompiled without exclusive written permission. Teachers, schools and academics must contact us directly if they wish to include any of the content in their material. We supply schools, colleges, camps and universities with specialised curriculum material.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

11. User accounts

We reserve the right to amend, cancel, upgrade or downgrade any user account for any reason at any time. Typically this would only ever be done for a logical reason. SPAM and abuse of your user account may result in cancellation of your account with no refund. SPAM is not tolerated on ClickFusion Academy servers or websites. Abuse towards other students and/or staff will result in account cancellation with no rights to a refund. User accounts may access their accounts from up to 3 valid IP addresses. Any further IP addresses after the initial 3 will result in account termination. However, if you do need specialised access from multiple IP addresses, we can and will facilitate this by just contacting us to explain. You acknowledge that we have the right to allow, suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason. Should you be in breach of these terms or causing nuisance, spamming or causing distress to a user or member of staff. We reserve the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery, for any reason, without notification.

12. ISP

We cannot accept liability for downtime in accordance with our servers. Whilst we never expect downtime and we expect 99.9% uptime monthly, we cannot guarantee that random attacks, server difficulties may arise thus preventing users from accessing the website. You are free however to contact our support team at any time if you are experiencing difficulties logging in to your account or browsing the website. In some scenarios, your own internet service provider could be responsible for blocking the access or they too, could experience downtime, outages or attacks.
