Hi, just wondering what is x changes out of y at random, and what other applications can it be applied to?? I am currently stuck at this part of the tutorial. thank you

Hi Keith,
It basically means there are X amount of changes for something to happen out of a maximum of Y.
So for example,
3 out of 5 means it has a 3/5 chance of happening every time this event is processed.
